I know how big you are on Houdini so I think it's really amazing that you connected so well with that place. The way you describe it all peaceful and reverent reminds me of how people talk about Stonehenge or a church or something. I don't think I have ever been anywhere that made me feel like that.

I got really into climbing when I was about 15/16 (ironically about the age I had that hair) and I talked my dad into taking on Mt. Elbert in Colorado with me. We trained for 3 months before we made the trip out there. I never wanted anything so bad in my life up until that point but it was over 14,000 ft. Saying it was hard wouldn't be doing it justice. But the day we reached the top, I realized I wasn't meant for the ground. All I could hear was wind and my own heartbeat and I'd never been more at peace in my life. I didn't want to come down.
