1. Will you show me a magic trick?
Next time I see you? Sure thing! I know a great card trick that'll even fool your dads.
2. What is the funniest thing May ever did?
Probably three weeks ago when she pulled a Lady Godiva. That's a famous woman who rode through her town on a horse, naked. May got on my dog Prom's back, naked as a jaybird, and slipped past her mom to ride out into the front yard. Caught her before she made it to the sidewalk.
3. What's your favorite holiday?
Tie between Thanksgiving and Easter 'cause my mom makes her famous baklava and sweetbread. It's better than chocolate, no fooling.
4. Favorite TV show?
Right now? LIE TO ME on Fox. It's a really good show, kind of reminds me of work.
5. Which one: Ghost stories or slasher films?
Ghost stories. Slasher films are gross, I don't wanna be grossed out when I'm being scared.
Selene's Questions
1) What do YOU see for our honeymoon?
You, me, alone. Maybe stay in Vegas for a little bit, lounge around poolside somewhere. Least when we're not up in the room.
2) If you were in charge of picking my dress what would I wear? Give me a real answer. None of this 'You would look good in anything' bullox.
Okay, first? I wouldn't make ya wear virginal white, 'cause you're right about it lookin' weird on ya. I'd go for cream or off-white, 'cause then it'd change yer skin tone, least I think so. Bring out the flushes and nuances. Something classy, not too traditional...and maybe something with a slitted skirt.
...what? I'm an artist, I know a thing or two 'bout fashion.
3) What did you think of me in Russia? Honest...
Honest? God help me, I had to think of Bess more 'n once. You know, the whole I'm a married man, I'm a married man, I'm a married man chant in my head.
4) Favorite names for children? Boy and Girl.
Boy? Call me conceited, but Harry or Eric. Maybe Greg, for my dad. Girl? Cecilia, Agnes, or Selene. No comments from the peanut gallery.
5) Where is one place you want to visit? Anywhere in the world?
Already have: Houdini's grave in Queens. Been there a bunch of times...maybe Greece, too, I've never been back there. I'd like to see Delphi, if I could.

1. What is your favorite place to be?
There's this fire escape outside my Aunt Zephyr's place back home in Brooklyn? Me and my cousin Boney used to sit out there for hours...days, during the summer...and just chill. That's my favorite place on the planet.
2. Favorite type(s) of music?
Heavy metal, hard rock...grew up with a lotta doo wop, love that too.
3. Your fondest memory?
Also goes for scariest: the night I discovered my power for the first time. Mugger shot me, and I caught the bullet.
4. I can see you and my mother are very happy together, would you consider children? Would you be able to put up with me?
Nothing would please me more. As for you? No, I'd never put up with you...I'd dig hangin' around with you more! I'm crazy 'bout you, babe!

It's like...walking through lightning. Imagine you could, that you were like this living lightning rod, but when it struck you it didn't hurt. And I can see it, too, energy humans ain't got the perception to see. The colors, the bolts of energy moving through space...there's nothing that can describe it.
