Well, I been back for a bit, and getting emails all over the place with stuff I missed when I was out of town. To that end...
Quick notes on e-mails. Mom? Yeah, send it along. Dad? Yes, no, and don't sweat 'em. I don't need the cuffs that badly. Boney? Mom totally cried when I gave her the picture...but in a good way. Annie? I left the card with Callahan, and Hank? Pay attention to the pics I'm posting right now.
So...onward with the good stuff...
* * * * *

My cousin Carbone e-mailed me this one. I think we were uptown, checking out a club his buddy promotes. Guy takes pictures everywhere he goes, so I was his latest victim. He said he liked this one 'cause it was so raw...based on my expression? I can only assume I was talking about Zee. I really missed the hell outta her...

I lost a bet, so I gotta post this shit. I still don't know how he did it (magic probably, he's gifted), but the asshole snapped a pic of me rolling out of bed. Did I mention he's an asshole? Thanks, Bonehead.

Zee? I'm cheating on you with this sweet young thing. ;) This is my aunt, Zephyr Fotilas. She uses the family name although she never married my uncle, but she's totally one of us. She's in her sixties, and still acts like she's thirty. I love this woman like you don't even believe, she's so cool it kills me.

This came off my Aunt Zeph's cell phone, hence the miserable quality. We hit a local mall and I ended up doing a trick by the fountain in the food court for some kids nearby. No biggie, I produced those lights in the water and made 'em fly around a bit. It was a hoot. Aunt Zeph thinks I'm really good with kids, go figure.

Aunt Zeph insisted on a birthday thing while I was in town, so we had dinner and did presents. She got me this bitchin' set of oil paints I'm already using, and Boney gave me a new digital camera. Loser, spent way too much money. The candle's from my uncle by way of Boney, really cool looking. Patchouli scented, too, which I love for just getting mellow or creative.

Out clubbing with Boney and Leiland Mitchell, friend of the family. He's actually a pretty well respected member of the Fraternity, used to date my Aunt Zeph. Who knew? Anyway, very cool guy, and an amazing musician. Leiland slipped the DJ a c-note and he was cranking metal all night long. I had the best time.

This is why you stuck around, Hank...it wasn't 'charming bullshit.' This is Henry Norton, my best friend from third grade. Boney took the pic, we were hanging at Hank's place while he was telling us about his last ride to Sturgis. Really sweet guy, Hank's one of about three people I actually kept in touch with when we moved to Las Vegas. I was ten years old when we left...that oughta tell you something right there.
Anyway, that's New York, I'll post my pics from Vegas later. Look for special guest appearances from certain Slayers that got expensive jewelry coming to them. I mean it, Sass...you're keeping that ring.
